The CFC strives to maintain a balance between members from industry and members from professional service firms such as banking, accounting, legal, consulting and other advisers.
Membership is subject to Board approval and is generally limited to two members per business entity. Potential members must be sponsored by a current member. To be considered for membership select the "Application" bar on the right column menu.

- Send a substitute to attend in your place - If you can’t attend a meeting, you may send someone else from your organization at the member price.
- Bring a guest to attend their first meeting at the member price - Invite a guest to attend their first Corporate Finance Council meeting at the member dinner price of $55. After attending their first meeting, guests are welcome to attend unlimited future meetings at the guest price of $85.
