Overview of meetings
Monthly dinner programs are the focus of Council activities. Each evening starts at 5:00pm with 90 minutes available to members and guests for pre-dinner networking. Attire is professional to business casual.
The program begins when dinner is served at 6:30pm. Once everyone is seated and the main course is served the evening's presentation begins. Guest speaker presentations overlap dinner, and the floor is opened to questions and answers near the end of the meeting.
A raffle is held following the presentation. Once all prizes are claimed by attendees the meeting is adjourned.
